🌱 Initial Consultation
60 minutes — $120
A comprehensive conversation to understand your companion’s current condition, your concerns, and the support you are seeking.
This session may include:
• Review of current medical and behavioral circumstances
• Quality-of-life discussion
• Emotional support and grounding guidance
• Euthanasia education and preparation
• Development of an ongoing support plan
Available virtually or in person (local).
Travel fees may apply for in-person support.
🕊 Guided Support Package
starting at $385
For families seeking structured support over time.
Includes:
• Initial 60-minute consultation
• Two 30-minute follow-up sessions
• Euthanasia preparation planning
• Aftercare guidance
• Resource recommendations
This package offers steady, grounded support as you navigate decisions and preparation.
Travel fees may apply for in-person sessions.
🌿 Vigil & Transition Support
Compassionate presence during one of life’s most sacred thresholds.
All vigil services are non-medical and designed to complement veterinary care (home or clinic, as appropriate).
🕊 Transition Presence
Up to 3 hours — starts at $450
Includes:
• Pre-transition planning conversation
• On-call availability within an agreed window
• In-person presence during euthanasia
• Emotional grounding and guidance
• Gentle Reiki support (if desired)
• Follow-up check-in within 7 days
This offering provides calm, steady support so you do not walk this moment alone.
🌿 Extended Vigil Support
4–6 hours — starts at $750
Includes:
• Everything in Transition Presence
• Extended bedside or vigil support
• Space for ritual or memorial elements
• Additional integration guidance for families desiring more spacious time and ceremonial presence.
Additional time if support extends beyond 6 hours: $125 per additional hour
Travel Within 20 miles: included
20–40 miles: $40
Beyond 40 miles: custom quote
🌳 Ceremony & Memorial Planning
Custom pricing based on location and scope.
Inclusive, nature-centered ceremonies honoring the life and bond you shared.
May include:
• Personalized reflection and ritual
• Blessing or memorial reading
• Family participation
• Nature-based elements (if desired)
✨ Reiki & Energy Support
Animal Reiki 45–60 minutes — $95
Gentle, complementary energy support to encourage relaxation, comfort, and nervous system balance.
Caregiver Reiki 45–60 minutes — $110
Support for stress reduction, emotional regulation, and anticipatory or active grief. Sessions available individually or combined. Offered in person or virtually.
🌲 Nature-Based & Aromatherapy Support
Nature-based elements and species-appropriate aromatherapy may be thoughtfully integrated into sessions when appropriate. Specialized guided nature sessions or remembrance rituals are available upon request. Custom pricing based on service and location. All aromatherapy use is comfort-oriented and safety-conscious.
💛 Deposits & Payment Policy
Since this work requires both emotional presence and physical availability, please be mindful of the following policies.
• A 30% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve scheduled services.
• The remaining balance is due at time of service.
• For vigil services requiring on-call availability, deposit secures your reserved window.
• Payment plans may be arranged for larger packages when discussed in advance.
For urgent or same-day support, payment is due within 24 hours of service.

🌾 Cancellation & Rescheduling
End-of-life situations are inherently unpredictable, and flexibility is offered with compassion.
• Cancellations with more than 48 hours notice may transfer deposit to a future service.
• Cancellations within 48 hours for non-emergency reasons forfeit the deposit.
• If a companion passes before scheduled support begins, the deposit may be applied toward a memorial or grief session.
• Veterinary schedule changes or medical emergencies are handled with understanding and case-by-case flexibility.
